BP check

I was late (15 mins) and stressed out, less than ideal for a BP test! But I apologised at the desk and was booked in, and my bottom barely hit the seat before I got called in. Dr/Nurse was very professional and friendly, I explained I'd had a bad morning and I struggle with BP tests in general and she explained what white coat hypertension is and said we can just see what I get. Was one of the first reasonable BP results I'd ever had so that says something for how at ease I felt! Came away very happy and impressed.

Visit to nurse

When I arrived at the surgery the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I had my appointment with the nurse and she explained everything very well. The nurse I saw was professional and friendly.

Ear irrigation

Went into the surgery to arrange my shingles jab. I was pleasantly surprised that I was offered an appointment for the following week
I then asked about ear irrigation and was offered an appointment following my vaccination. On the day of my appointment I only waited for a few minutes in the surgery, the nurse was polite and professional and undertook both tasks very competently, checking I was ok throughout. He also answered all my questions. Overall I was very satisfied with my visit and have no complaints

Blood test and blood pressure

Staff always pleasant, especially Sam. Nurse always lovely, no waiting in fact in early for appointment. Doctor Ali very nice. Full marks for the surgery.

Happy with the surgery

There is usually a wait for Dr Goldberg but I don’t mind as she always gives you as much time as you need. Waiting room is comfortable and you can always take a book
