Exceptional service
Went in for a couple of holiday inoculations. Practice nurse did a thorough review of what I needed. Also picked up that I was overdue a blood test and ECG. Did the blood test and arranged ECG. Excellent.

Seen on time. Explained why I disliked my medication and asked if there was an alternative. Helen listened and suggested a different type of medication. She warned that I may suffer different side effects so may need a review to reconsider
