Dr Ali called me to discuss an ongoing skin problem, he was very thorough and prescribed some different medication also rebooked me in to see him in 4 weeks. Unfortunately the medication is unavailable from the chemist so im waiting to hear back from the surgery about an alternative

I telephoned the surgery in the morning and received a phone call from Helen, the Pharmacist, the same afternoon. Helen gave me good advice and put my mind at rest. I didn't need to take up an appointment with the GP.
