Telephone appointment

The locum gp didn’t know why I was asked to call. She couldn’t access my letter from Harefield hospital on the computer, told me I needed a face to face appointment and that someone would call me back. I eventually spoke to a helpful man on reception who organised my prescription. Took almost a week to do this.

GP appointment

Great appointment with Dr Goldberg who listens to the patient's concerns, talks with appropriate language and tries to find the best treatment which suits the patient, do not rush during conversation so patient feels listened to and involved in care.
Staff are friendly and helpful all the time. Surgery looks clean and tidy.
Appointment time could be better adjusted due to very long delay.
