Initial tests done at the surgery efficiently with some delay. Results required further tests which were arranged promptly but I had to go to Margate. An appointment system has been instituted recently and this needs to be made clear before sending the patient there.

Amazing
I never expected to get an appointment after econsult, but I was so pleased to see Dr Maria. She made me feel totally at ease and she really listened to what I was saying and she was totally empathetic. I really appreciate the advice she gave me re supplements and I’m trying them.

Michelle the nurse is very kind & informative. The male receptionist is always friendly which I think is so important, that the first person you see or speak to & the office staff, lady with short hair helped me when I enquired about something.

Earwax removal
I didn't have to wait long to be seen. The nurse explained what was going to happen. She was very gentle and thorough. The whole experience was quite painless. She also advised how to help to prevent the biuld up of wax.
