Vaccination
I had an appointment at 350 pm. I arrived a couple of minutes early and was called in almost immediately - the staff were cheerful and professional and I was all done within seconds!! I also hear stories about other surgeries that are quite negative but I feel lucky to be registered at St Peter’s.

Smear Test with nurse
Michelle, the nurse I had for my smear was extremely good. She explained everything she was going to do, why it was being done and what the things meant is HPV. She said my cervix was the size of a pinhead and that she had taken two swabs to make sure it was tested properly for cancer cells. She explained about the cervix and the situation with mine. She took the time to explain things that I had never been told before. Really helpful, interesting and I felt comfortable and safe to think the test has been done really thoroughly. Really appreciated that as my mum had two forms of aggressive cancer two years ago. She has had a stem cell transplant and so far is doing well, she was told if she didn't get a donor she could have a month or so to live. Kings managed to find her a 100% donor, she has been very lucky. My mum didn't bother with smear tests. This is why I do, better to pick up on things quickly and get them treated. Excellent service provided by Michelle.

I have recently registered with this practice. I have been prescribed Zopiclone for the last 6 years from various GPs with no problems, and despite multiple medical issues, I have always used Zopiclone very responsibly and sparingly. I have always been prescribed 28 x 3.75mg and if you looked back on my history I have only requested a repeat every 4 or 5 months. I found the GP spoke down at me in a condescending manner as though I am an uninformed child. I am really disappointed that after collecting from the pharmacy I was only given 8 tablets!! Not a happy patient, it means I have to struggle to get an appointment more often and travel to the pharmacy when I am disabled.
