St Peter's Surgery
The dr that saw me was very thorough. Gave me a letter to take up to A&E. Unfortunately they decided to admit me onto a ward for further treatment and this is where I still remain where I have been started on steroid treatment.

Good overall experience.
I've now seen Dr. Ali twice and like Dr. Sachin before him I found him to be both pleasant and interested in listening to what I was saying. There is also a new male receptionist who is absolutely perfect for a people facing job. When asking the reason for my wanting an appointment he also asked if it was private, the only receptionist ever to do so. A few weeks ago I was made to feel like an idiot by another receptionist because I'd been taking a treatment daily rather than twice a week and even though the surgery had been prescribing a daily amount for over a year somehow I was made to feel the stupid one. Hopefully Dr. Ali will be around for a while because sadly Dr. Sachin has left.

Fabulous surgery
I asked for help late in the day. I had a message at 10pm that night on an appointment and got the advice I needed at 9am the following morning. Showed kindness on the call with the surgery and a satisfactory conclusion. It was a service beyond reasonable expectation. So grateful.

Quick and helpful
The nurse was friendly and efficient, checked my blood pressure and helpfully organised a blood form I needed for a check blood test. Very satisfactory.

Helpful staff
The staff are really welcome when you attend the reception area and give you the information in a quiet personal manner which is very important to me, the nurse on duty was kind, caring and giving plenty of information about the task at hand. Thank you, team keep up the great work

Shingles vaccination appointment
My appointment was on time and I had a friendly welcome from Michelle. The injection was quickly and painlessly administered. Afterwards we discussed whether I wanted a pneumonia vaccination and I was provided with reading material to help me decide. A good and helpful experience.

Saw advanced practitioner Melissa Allinson. She took time and care to consider my condition, and examine and treat me. She also followed up on an earlier consultation. Very impressed.
