Check up on BP & HRT
Was asked to give Bp which was done at work not a good idea!
Had a call from HCA and Dr regarding my readings.
Was asked to do a weekly reading and to come and see the dr regarding this and my hrt.
The receptionist was brilliant and got me in the day I phoned.
The Dr I saw was amazing and went through my readings and my life style and my job and assured me my overall readings were good.
Spoke about having some bloods done and a thyroid test.
And if I feel they are getting higher to fill out a weekly reading form and drop into the surgery where we can discuss medication if required.
My hrt was prescribed and the dr told me to slow down.
I can honestly say the team have been outstanding in dealing with me as the Dr said I don’t often come to see anybody.

Always Friendly
From the receptionists and all the staff I come into contact with are friendly, welcoming and professional. The Doctor is always the same whether it be good news or bad which I appreciate.

Telephone Consultation
Received call from Surgery following treatment for broken arm in Oxfordshire. Went to QEQM to ask for urgent operation. Received call next day from Surgery to check on wellbeing. Surgery involvement good, wait for operation not so good.

Amazing service
I had a skin infection. Did an eco silt and sent a photo. Next morning text from Dr Goldberg that my prescription is sent to Asda, collected that afternoon. Perfect.

Resolved a problem
For the past 2 months I've had a problem with ordering my medication via the app because now more codes are needed via sms but they always take a long time to come and when I put them in I'm told they're incorrect even though they're not. I did this 3 times on Sunday so gave up hence todays visit to surgery. Now going to arrange pharmacy to do it for me. I would have said the service today was very good if the failure of the app to work was rectified, but it seems an email and password isn't enough anymore.
