My concerns were understood
I was listened to, and my concerns were understood by the colleague who is a specialist in the field. I have been offered & recommended a new medication which was explained thoroughly as to why this new med would help me in the longer term.

A routine health check
Seen by HCA for routine health check, I was tachycardic so she asked me to go to hospital. I reluctantly went and was kept in as I was quite unwell. Thanks to HCA or I would not have gone.

Everything is seamless
As always, this surgery proves time and time again that it is far superior than any other in the area. Everything is dealt with efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner. Staff are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Always more than happy to help - whoever they are! I always feel they give telephone or face to face appropriately and I never seem to wait long for an appointment or in the waiting area for my appointment. I don't think I've ever waited more than 5 mins.
The surgery is always clean, tidy and comfortable too. Everything is seamless. Thank you for providing such an efficient service that I have complete faith in.

Great Experience
Got an appointment straight away from the receptionist, seen on the same day by Dr Ali who listened and got my bloods taken asap by nurse Chloe Martin. My experience was great and have been looked after very well, gave me information that I needed. For someone who doesn't come to doctors very often, when I needed to, there was no waiting around and the care was 100 percent

GP and Healthcare assistant called it right
I attended a routine health assessment and I was feeling unwell and tachycardic. The young nurse did not want me to leave the surgery and advised I went to hospital but I refused. She then called a Dr in who advised the same. I did go and was found to be hyperglycemic and have lactic acidosis, which I didn't know I had. The A and E consultant said I was very unwell.
