Love this surgery, booked an appointment at short notice and had the same positive experience with friendly reception staff. Visited the surgery later that day and didn’t wait too long before being seen by the doctor. Good experience with the doctor who was professional in his approach and diagnosed my long standing issue and gave me a prescription to resolve the problem .
Highly recommend this well managed and very professional team ….

I’ve experienced very poor service from my previous GP and I am genuinely shocked at how amazing the surgery has been so far in terms of advising me, communicating with me and even phoning me back to update me so far I’m very pleased. Thank you for restoring my faith in GPs.

Explained what was happening
Appointment for ECG. Chloe Martin was very patient and explained what was happening. Unfortunately resulted in me showing an AF and after Chloe consulted with a doctor I was told to go to A & E immediately. I did not understand why she was so apologetic about this until we got there. Took 6 hours for more tests and doctor’s consultation resulting in a prescription for blood thinners. Again all the staff in A&E were brilliant. It is the system there that is broken.

A fantastic first appointment
I was given a same day appointment because it was an eye infection. The queuing phone system was great. The doctor was friendly and understanding. A fantastic first appointment - I’m so glad I switched doctors surgeries.

St Peter's Surgery
Danny on reception was very helpful. Very happy to meet Dr Malasi. I do hope he stays with St Peter’s. It will be wonderful to have a permanent GP
