HRT review

Was asked to attend a HRT review and my nurse was absolutely brilliant. We spoke about how I was getting on with my meds and if they were helping, if I needed advice on anything regarding the menopause, checked on my blood pressure and how I was as a person
Calculated how long I had been on HRT and if it was possible to have a prescription for 6 months she said she would leave it with the prescriber to look at and that she would see me in a year unless I needed to see her before.
The following day, I had a call from the prescriber saying that she had reviewed my meds and had said that my prescription was at Boots
Thanks team, you were efficient and professional, kind and caring. What a great surgery

Hard to reach

Staff and service was fine. First visit to new premises, and found it difficult to get to and find where to park and actually get in the building.
