Nurse and doctors appointment

This is the first hrt meeting with a nurse that I had actually been asked how I feel and how I am. Then the doctor listened to me and gave me choices. I feel in control of my medication decisions

Thank you to all the helpful reception staff and all at St Peter's Surgery. Special thanks to the receptionist who printed off a health record for my husband yesterday (15th April) which I was able to collect this morning. Excellent service and much appreciated.

Excellent service

The GP called my 95 year old mother today regarding her low mood. He was so kind to her, did not patronise her or treat her like a silly old lady. Called back regarding the medication. Such a lovely GP.

Fab experience

Only just moved to this surgery after an absolutely horrific experience at a previous surgery in Broadstairs. I was nervous attending an appointment due to previous experience but I honestly couldn't fault them, staff so kind and helpful on the phone and just as helpful in person. All staff informative re: parking and where bits are in the building. Building clean and smart and the nurse I saw was informative and efficient. I was in and out within about 10 minutes. Thank you!

Doctor's appointment

The appointment was on time, it was the first time I had been to the new surgery. The doctor listened to my condition and was very thorough and polite. I left feeling very happy with his diagnosis and would not hesitate in going back if I need more treatment

Blood test

The appointment was on time and efficient.
I asked the nurse what was being tested and was surprised that it was only kidney function as I had had multiple high results in another test last year. The nurse was unable to change the order. I now need to contact the surgery. Previously I have had tests for liver function / blood count etc on my regular blood test. I don’t understand why this has changed
