My mistake…
I accidentally turned up 20 mins early because I had got confused with my appointment time. They squeezed me in early, sent two different bloods off to two different consultants. I actually left before my original appointment time. Receptionists are lovely as usual.

Appointment face to face
I had an appointment booked from the 8.00am rush. It was for 11.30am, sadly and a little annoyingly I waited ages. I was not seen till past 11.45 - 11.50, that's over 45 mins waiting. But the Doctor was great when I got in but maybe try to do something about these waiting times

Reflux
I was feeling unwell for a few weeks which thinking it would go away by itself but it turned out I needed tablets for acid reflux. When I made the phone call and spoke to a lovely receptionist, she kindly got a dr to call me back within the hour, which was amazing. The dr was very pleasant & explained I needed some tablets & he wanted to book some blood tests done aswell so I was very grateful that my phone call was not a wasted call. So I am going to have check ups done in the near future. Thank ouu Orchard House for your prompt work to help me, thank you to you all. Also I did mention I needed to speak to someone about another problem & the receptionists also got a lovely man to call me back from the pharmacy, really really helpful, thank you again
