Nursing staff/ pneumonia jab

My son was in good hands

My son has eczema and suffered from an allergic reaction from his cream, I often feel like as a young mum I’m not listened to, I kept being told it is mild eczema but I knew something wasn’t right. I got an appointment with Dr Bahatti. She made me feel heard and I knew my son was in good hands. She listened to me and went out of her way to do a checkup phonecall to see how my son was after going to the hospital due to his allergic reaction to eczema cream. A very lovely, genuine lady who cares about her patients gives a warm welcome and you leave feeling listened to. Thank you.

Results phone back!

After having to wait 3 three weeks for my results I still have not got them. As I ended up with 1 ring on my phone with some garbled message which can not be understood by myself or 3 other people that I have asked to listen.
Talk to text can't help
Phoned surgery straight back after missed call to ask for phone back with new number, nothing happened.
Have had to sign in to the NHS service to see results.
Could explain a lot of my symptoms
