I initially had a phone consult with a locum, about oedema in one of my feet. He decided, without having seen me to take me off my BP meds. Consequently my blood pressure rose. I decided not to carry on with his advice and returned to my meds.
I then saw a doctor, who referred me for a Doppler scan of my ankles and feet, and agreed that I should carry on with my meds.
I had the scan with the nurse and all is well.
The doctor and nurse were both extremely good and put me at my ease.

Good, sound advice
I recently had a face to face appointment with my GP, Dr. Bhatia. She took time to listen to my health concerns and worked with me in identifying possible solutions. She was calm, informative and spoke plainly. I found it easy to form a rapport with her, something which is very important to me as she is now my GP. I have been following her advice and started to make headway in my personal health. Her patient approach is outstanding and definitely worked in motivating me to take control of my health. I hope she remains with the practice. She’s a great asset to the practice.

I put in a repeat prescription request and rang a week later to be told that it hadn’t been approved. I then had to wait a further week for someone to phone me. Absolutely terrible service.

I had blood tests carried out and was asked to make an appointment with a clinical pharmacist. I duly did this but the phone call never came and I have no idea what my results were. Poor quality of care.

24 hr blood pressure test and Blood Sample
2 visits were first class. Both Debbie and Tracy are extremely pleasant and very professional. BP results uploaded to apps that day and Blood sample reviewed and uploaded the next. Excellent service.
