Having explained my symptoms to the receptionist, I was asked to call so someone could listen to my chest. I had an appointment the same afternoon and was quickly diagnosed. I was prescribed medication which I picked up immediately and within a few days felt much better.

Pneumonia diagnosis
I saw the dr at 11:30am on 9/06/2025. She listened to my chest and told me to go immediately to Wm. Harvey Hospital. I did; was admitted, diagnosed with pneumonia and stayed for 11days, only being discharged yesterday afternoon.
The Dr's prompt action, I believe possibly saved my life! Thank you.

Orchard House
I’m new to Orchard House and my experience has not given me confidence.
1. My first repeat prescription showed rejected causing me to come into the surgery to be told it has not been rejected and was sent to the chemist.
2. Phone call appointment from the pharmacist practitioner rang once from an unknown number when I said hello the line was dead. I rang the surgery to be told they would call me back. That didn’t happen so again I went into the surgery to be told oh she’s gone home.
Conclusion no organisation.
