The kindest GP ever
I recently had a period of poor mental health and the GP I spoke to couldn’t have been kinder to me.
She not only empathised with my situation and showed genuine interest in helping me overcome my current difficulties she said she’ll call me back to see how I was in a fortnight.
I was surprised that she actually did call me back (so many times I am promised things like this and it never materialises), a wonderful GP that genuinely cares about her patients. Thank you for your kindness.

Excellent appointment
I received the initial telephone consultation very quickly after calling the surgery, and although I had to wait more than 2 weeks for my appointment, I was able to book in advance.
The appointment itself was very thorough, and I was referred immediately for necessary tests.
A massive improvement on the service I’ve received in the past.

New changes
Calmer waiting area. Sign in touch screen. On screen notification of your call and room to attend, sound seemed very low? Excellent regular GP (Dr Barti) instead of locums! I understand that we now have 2 employed and regular gp's now? Fantastic news! Radio on in the background was welcomed too.
Less disruption for reception staff? Initial tel call to make an appointment was excellent too, didn't have to wait long, also given same day appointment! Huge improvement, instilling more confidence.

Referral Delay
I was referred but after some months nothing, so checked with surgery. Within 2 days referral came through, this led me to believe something in the process had failed. The key now is to finally have an appointment date. The clinic used to require you need to wade through 28 other callers so 32 minutes wait on phone, fortunately my battery lasted long enough.

Appointment for a vaccination.
I was seen on time. The nurse was very helpful and pleasant. She explained what side effects I might experience then checked her screen for other tests I should have and another vaccine I should have.

My appointment
Attended appointment on time with the help of my wife. I was asked several questions and I was hoping to find exactly what is wrong with my breathing, still waiting after several months for the consultant to contact me with his final diagnosis, surgery has sent him three to four emails but still no reply
