Myself and my family have been with this surgery for nearly 25 yrs. We have been looked after extremely well by all the doctors and staff, they have treated us with kindness and have been extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs, from phone calls to appts we have a great response from all.

Booking a b12 injection with nurse
I received results that my b12 bloods were very low and needed replacement injection. I have numbness in my hands and tingling in my feet and blurry vision, the earliest I could get is the 17th of March. I did ask if there was an earlier appointment to be told no that was the earliest.

Friendly service and listened to what I had to say and put my mind at ease with the information the doctor told me. Unfortunately, I don't go until it's really bad whatever I am suffering with, do try and solve it on my own before giving up and going in the end

Excellent care from Orchard House
I have been a patient at Orchard House Surgery for 25 years. I have always been extremely impressed by the care both my husband and myself have received. My husband is receiving palliative care at the moment. Everyone from receptionists, prescription clerks, practice nurses and doctors have been fantastic. I cannot speak highly enough of the care we both receive. Thank you.
