Resident Doctor at last!

At last we have a resident Doctor who I hope will last long enough to get to know her patients. As continuously changing staff reflects badly on the Practice.

Dont think you really want to know..

Letters are not read, it takes a consultant to send letter again. Not personnel enough. Everyone can hear your problems. When you ask for an appointment

Excellent service

I phoned about making a non-urgent appointment and explained my symptoms had escalated since my x Ray, I was offered a face to face GP appointment that same morning. The GP was very helpful and made an urgent referral for me. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you

Mental health

I went to the doctors as a clump of my hair fell out and I was upset, they said that they could see me at 3pm.
As I got home they phoned and said that the nurse practitioner would see me straight away and when I got there she was very nice and has got me back in contact with the mental health team and she listened to me as I was very upset

Glad we chose Orchard House.

I saw the Doctor with a couple of issues as we had moved into the area 6 months ago and had not seen a doctor for some time. The receptionist was lovely. Polite & friendly. Most helpful. I was seen promptly and the Doctor I saw was kind, understanding and efficient. My issues were dealt with very swiftly and I had results from hospital very soon. I am very pleased we moved to Orchard House.

Great!

I don’t want to jinx it but I can’t praise you all enough. So easy registering, set up of the repeat prescriptions was brilliant and you work so well with the pharmacy. Friendly and efficient!

Blood test

Getting an appointment was very easy. I walked into the surgery and didn’t have to wait at all. When I came for the blood test everything went well and on time. The phone call follow up was a few days later and I was put at ease concerning the results.
