I didn’t feel rushed

Holly was very easy to talk to, she listened to my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed; she provided me with the treatment I needed which was antibiotics. Holly also sent me a courtesy text to see how I was doing

Very pleased with my treatment

I had an issue with timing my prescriptions. I was answered quickly. I was listened to and had a text later that day to say the issue was resolved. I am very pleased with my treatment from our surgery in Lydd.
