Orchard House

For the first time when I wanted to see a doctor urgent appointment the receptionist was excellent, they asked what was wrong and they said to take a seat and see a doctor. I think that was the first time for me to see a doctor that quickly so I just want to say thank you very much for what they did for me, thank you team.

Great surgery

First contact with Practice is the Receptionists who are always professional, polite, helpful and make you feel welcome.
I saw Dr Eze on my last appointment who I found to be very welcoming and put me at ease and took time to discuss my medical requirements and explained so I could understand clearly,
Dr. Eze is a very thorough yet understanding doctor.

Preferred Name

My daughter saw the nurse for a blood test. The nurse was lovely. No issues there but the issue I do have is that when my daughter was called in they announced her birth/legal name followed by her preferred name. The whole point of asking to address her using her preferred name is to avoid using her birth/legal name. Not impressed with that so that will need changing please.
