Orchard House
Had to wait a week for an appointment, when I had my appointment was no help, told to book a blood test on way out. Nothing for 2 weeks, just for a blood test. When asked the doctor, about an ongoing problem, I had seen a different doctor about, he replied oh I don't know. The doctor was polite and friendly. Stood waiting to book a blood test at waiting area, 2 ladies there. One busy, after standing there for quite a long time, the other lady looked up and said can I help. The experience was not up to standards, felt ignored, unsure, this is not how people should feel when worried, visiting the doctors, shame as it used to be a helpful, welcoming place.

Poorly child
I called at 8am and by 8.28 I had spoken to the GP and had antibiotics prescribed for my poorly child who suffers with chest infections. Really good service and the reception staff were really helpful getting me the appointment.

Suspected earlier infection
On first visit gave drops, if didn't clear up to get in touch, didn't work so phoned again and Vicky went out of her way to swab ear, then results advised antibiotics.
