Recent dressing change

I had surgery at the ChannelDay Centre at WHH and required dressing change which was done at the surgery and no problems at the moment.

Physiotherapy assessment

Was seen by the physio who explained my condition and treatment plan, I felt that he was willing to listen to my concerns. answered questions that I had, I felt that with a plan in place hopefully condition would improve.

Mixed

My experience of local surgery had been good, only problem getting through on the phone. Also the need to explain to receptionist why I want an appointment. I know the reason why they ask but if I want to see a doctor I’ll expect a doctor appointment, not to give me one with a nurse. I know what I want at any one time. Also I need to understand what the doctor is saying to me on the phone due to different dialects. This is embarrassing for me, and him to be asked to repeat himself 3 or 4 times.
