Confusing

I have a text from the surgery saying I needed to contact the GP for an appointment about a letter they had received, I booked a telephone appointment. But the person I spoke to didn't know why I had requested an appointment. They could see they received a letter but didn't know what we were supposed to be talking about.

Throat problem

The nurse practitioner was able to diagnose the problem and prescribed antibiotics. Unfortunately she wasn’t sure if they would solve the problem and said if the problem persists she would need to refer to ENT.
