The reason I went to the doctors is I'm having problems with my breathing. I've had several tests which includes an X-ray a blood test and an ECG and at this point the doctor is unsure of what is wrong, he sent me to the hospital to have a CC scan, this was a week ago, that was solder doctor and I'm waiting for the letter for the appointment. I just hope it isn't too long because it's not very nice to not comfortable in not breathing properly and it's getting worse.

Confused and frustrated
Information and advice from reception staff differ depending who is on duty. One in particular is totally unhelpful and never seems to know the answer and doesn't come across as caring about this. The only really good care you get is from the real Doctor.

Empathetic Practise Nurse
Practice nurse provided me with the product that I required and also forwarded me a form to receive my prescription at a reduced annual rate, this was very much appreciated. I felt listened to and my symptoms were validated. The reception team were also very helpful and organised providing me with an appointment. I am very happy with the service the surgery provided.

Very happy with the outcome
Would have preferred to have a F2F consultation but the telephone one was adequate. Referral was put through immediately and I had the appointment on Sunday. Very happy with the outcome.

Haven’t had my issue resolved
I phoned last week to get my diabetes sensors sorted and I was referred to the pharmacist which they have rung but haven’t sorted the issue. Just seems to not being sorted.
