Having been diagnosed with Heart Failure and not having seen a Doctor for 2 months since my discharge from hospital, I was disgusted with my appointment. I wasnt examined, I had no support and had to argue for a Fit Note.

Treat the staff as you would treat yourself
The staff are under pressure, and get a lot of tasty people shouting at them, they can only deal with ONE person at the time. I have found them very helpful, keep the good work up ladies.

Face to Face and Telephone appointments can be booked on the day and also in advance. We have the e-consult service available which is accessible through the website, where you can seek advice from clinicians online - the clinician can also request face to face appointments following this.

Always helpful
The whole team at the surgery are helpful, always go out their way to fit your needs. I have never had an issue with appointments either. Electronic consultation is brilliant every time the doctors called me back the next day. Very grateful family, thank you.

Not Great.
The only time one can book an appointment, is if one needs a blood test. There are never any doctors appointments available, even if you have an issue that needs to be seen ie: swelling or skin problems. Even phoning by 8a.m doesn't assure an appointment.
Estimated time of telephone appointments doesn't take into consideration that patients actually have a life.
