I was extremely pleased with the resent visit to my Doctor, I was seen very quickly and was able to voice all my concerns in a relaxed and comforting way -I never felt that I just had to quickly say my piece and get out quick, as people were waiting, It was a very pleasant change.

Orchard House - Dr Garston and Respiratory Clinic
Dr Garston was very supportive and listened as well as advised in our phone call. The respiratory clinic wasn't long enough to discuss any worries, it was a confirmation of Dr Garstons advice really.

Orchard House - Sick Note request
I am still awaiting a response regarding a request for a sick note for a phased return to work and a request for a note for reduced capacity for work - a previous request for HRT was very difficult to get a repeat script for as I was away from home staying with family in Warwickshire and receptionist/ prescription clark was very challenging to communicate with, insisting that I needed to either call NHS111 or attend the surgery to request a prescription as not on repeat - I am still waiting for prescription for testostrone which was also requested - found the whole experience challenging and unaccommodating especially as not functioning at my best

Very satisfied with the service
I had 2 appointments on consecutive days, one with doctor and one with practitioner nurse. Both listened carefully (I am quite breathless and therefore slow with my speech). They both were most helpful and unhurried. Very satisfied with the service.

New Prescription Details
I know the NHS is under a lot of pressure, but this important cancer medication was prescribed by my oncologist on January 22nd and was not accessible at the pharmacy, after several phone calls and visits to the surgery, until February 16th.
