Not good really
The other time, they had no more appointments. I had to ring 111.
Had to go to Folkestone, the doctor was really nice and good.
She could see I had had a lot of water infection. So on the letter she did put on the letter I saying they should investigate why I’m getting so many water infections. I’m just getting over another water infection, hopefully.
The doctor gave us a letter so we could give it straight to our doctor. We have not heard anything or heard any results.
My husband thinks results or letters go to your head office first and then are passed on to our doctor, which may take over a week or so to get to our doctor.
The receptionist and our doctor are very nice. Miss how it used to be. Get on the phone and got an appointment to see your doctor.

Missed Appointment

I was scheduled for a phone call to do my Asthma Review, the time was booked as 11:40 on the NHS app, however on the day the phone call came in almost 40 minutes later. Unfortunately I could not take the call as I had specifically arranged my break to have this call at the arranged time, and it did not happen.

I had bloods done as I have a painful liver, got told I can't speak to a doctor till the 17th Feb as they found something wrong in my bloods, rang this morning at 8.10am to get an appointment as feeling worse. Got told nothing and call back Monday or go to hospital

Sadly the demand for primary care services is extremely high and up and down the country the system is at breaking point. We are providing the most amount of appointments we can safely. I do hope that you can understand that the system is currently in high demand but we are trying our best for all patients at the practice.
