Vaccinations

As always, I was greeted by the reception staff with friendliness and respect. My appointment time was prompt and the service was knowledgeable and professional whilst maintaining a friendly demeanour. All in all continuing good service from all staff.

Orchard House - BP & bloods

Blood test was done quickly and professionally even though it was difficult finding the veins (3 attempts). No unnecessary discomfort.

Terrible service and communication

I rang at 8am and was 19th in the queue so opted for a call back. When I got the call back I explained that I was in agony with my left knee and was told no appointment available but you can have a telephone appointment and will be called this afternoon. I rang the surgery at 17.30 to be told that the receptionist had gone home and not informed the incoming receptionist so I would have to ring again the next morning. RESULTING in me having to go to hospital
