It has been very nice and reassuring to have appointments with such a kind and dedicated doctor. Dr Bhatia is by far one of the best doctors I have seen.

Visiting the doctors
I had an appointment at the doctors as arranged and it was an ultrasound appointment. The doctor examined me of which was on my back to see if there were any email functions as I can feel something on my left hand side on my back and a doctor replied, all looks clear, most probably a bruise or something

Liver ultrasound
The surgery contacted me to ask me to come in 15mins later than my appointment time rather then leave me waiting. I was seen on time. The receptionist was very polite.

I have been suffering with this nasty flu and am also asthmatic. I was helped the same day with medication that I needed, and felt it was a very caring atmosphere. Thank you

Orchard House - Phone conversation
Call didn’t come through to my phone due to area I was working in, which I did explain when making the appointment. I then contacted surgery again once home and having to wait two more weeks for a face to face as can not give a set time for phone call so I can be in appropriate area

Phone consultation
Having booked a telephone consultation two weeks in advance,t he doctor phoned as requested, even a few minutes early. What was discussed was perfect over the phone and no need to attend the practice, so only a few minutes of our time instead of at least half an hour plus going there waiting etc .

Chest infection
I felt listed to by the receptionist.
They were understanding and booked me a call with the GP.
The GP listened to my concerns, gave me antibiotics, but said to seek further help if I'm no better in a few days. I said I would contact the surgery again Monday if I wasn't feeling any better.

Orchard House - Delays....
Pre-booked appointment for annual blood tests. Left waiting for 40 minutes, while 10 others who arrived after me, were all seen. Queried it, was told "I'll remind them". Waited another 10 minutes. When seen I commented on the delay and was told "some days go like that". No explanation given. Two nurses unable to find a working vein after two failed attempts. I had to suggest coming back another day after Christmas. Booked in for 3 weeks later.
