Booking an Appointment

Took me half an hour to get through and told no appointments left for that day. Started the next day and got a telephone appointment. Spoke to a nurse practitioner and told I need a physiotherapist appointment. Had message the next day to call and book an appointment to be told it would not be until the 5th December just over a month away.

Sadly the demand for primary care services is extremely high and up and down the country the system is at breaking point. We are providing the most amount of appointments we can safely. I do hope that you can understand that the system is currently in high demand but we are trying our best for all patients at the practice.

The Gp was very good on the phone. Just unfortunate it took 3 days for a phone call. Wish they could fast track my referral as still in discomfort.

I arrived, booked in and didn't wait too long before I was called by the nurse. My injection didn't take long, I was in and out in minutes. The whole process and appointment was very good

Telephone consultation

Quick response with a text saying it could be up to 3 weeks before I had a phone call but I actually got a call 3 days later
I couldn’t take the call immediately but the GP called again which I was grateful for
He was very polite and listened and prescribed necessary medication

Brilliant

Dr Garnides has been brilliant. He was so quick to help me get well and he listened intently and agreed a treatment plan which was so understanding it put my mental health in a good place. I felt totally confident with his diagnosis and treatment.
