Just transferred to pharmacy2 U

The postage system offered my repeat prescription 31 days later than requested. I would have run out of my blood pressure meds. A problem for the likes of myself who would possibly die if I didn’t have them. Surgery phone local pharmacy (not New Romney who doesn’t answer after 30 mins). Getting prescribed meds tomorrow in Dymchurch. This is exemplary if only I could phone back and thank the surgery! So thanks to staff who sorted it out!

Great Surgery

Church Lane is a great surgery all staff from reception to medical staff are polite, friendly and professional. I had to see Dr have blood tests and then follow up teleconsultation and all services delivered great service at the times stated. The receptionists try their very best to find appointment times to suit you. I am a new patient and have been pleased with all my interactions with this GP surgery.

Sadly the demand for primary care services is extremely high and up and down the country the system is at breaking point. We are providing the most amount of appointments we can safely. I do hope that you can understand that the system is currently in high demand but we are trying our best for all patients at the practice.
