I contacted last week about a lump on my neck which has been there since December. A doctor eventually called me and asked that I call the receptionist back in a while to send them a picture of the lump. A week later and no response to my picture

Neither good nor poor
Very supportive
Recently I have had more contact with the surgery and it has all been positive. Everyone has been very helpful, sensitive, supportive and practical. From reception staff through to nursing staff, I have felt comforted that Church Lane is my health care provider and have confidence in their service.

Reviewing my e consultation
I had another follow up e consultation to sign me off of work again due to suffering a broken leg, the doctor most certainly got my note signed on time again and I'm happy with the service and care I have received so far.
