Urgent appointment

Urgent appointment needed due to continued breathing issues, reception lady was lovely and made me an appointment with no hassle. Seen by GP on time and informed me of my results and how to continue with getting better quickly

Very pleased with the doctor who sorted my problem very quickly and reported back to me with a phone call. And the receptionist was very pleasant and polite, overall 10 out of ten

Medicine review with surgery pharnacists

The pharmacist rang on time and promised to review a medicine no longer made. She also asked if I could attend for a blood test. That was 2 weeks ago. So far, the medicine has not been changed and I have not received any details about the blood test or an appointment.

Appointment for results

Appointment was for ECG results. Doctor could not access information therefore a complete waste of time for both of us. Now I need to go through waiting process again as can’t have appointment until 13 Jan.

Diabetic review appointment

I thought the nurse gave very clear and precise information and answered my questions very well. I came away with clear instructions verbally and written. She also treated me with respect. Thank you this appointment gave me confidence to start the new treatment.
