Very thorough

Tracy was very good at explaining the results of my health check and in suggesting a plan for improvement going forward. She followed up with a blood test and I felt that she was very thorough. She was relatable and interested.

Telephone call but got cut off as extremely poor signal where I live makes telephone conversations impossible. Conversations fade so you miss what is being said and eventually all signal dies.

Sympathetic and helpful

Had difficulty receiving a planned call from the GP due to reception in my area! Awaiting a discussion about some results. Spoke to receptionist and was very sympathetic and helpful. Eventually, able to receive the call.

Had a dressing changed for minor op.
Nurse not happy to take stitches out as it may become infected so told us to ring the hospital. If I had not had the appointment I would not have known what to do. Thanks

Very good

Used the Anima facility to explain symptoms as it wasn't an emergency. Response time was 2 days which was very good. Had a telephone conversation with GP and a course of action was agreed. No problems booking blood test or Xray appointment. Waiting for physio appointment. All in all very good so far.
