Acute foot pain
Having spent 18 months with my problem and the last 3 weeks in agony I have had no interest in getting a diagnosis from the church lane staff. I have therefore sought help from a pediatric surgeon.

Well done!
We moved to the area last year and joined Church Lane and we are so glad we did! We have been very impressed with all the support we have had - from reception staff helping us with all the paperwork when joining to the health professionals and doctors we have seen when necessary. Follow up on health issues has been exemplary. Everyone is always helpful and professional. Responses to e-consults have been timely. When talking with medical professionals, whether on the phone or face to face, they have given time to discuss fully the issues and outcomes of tests etc. This is very appreciated. Just want to say keep up the good work!

The GP I spoke to and later saw the same was very understanding and gave a diagnosis and general health check. Prescription passed to pharmacy and collected within an hour. Symptoms are now fading, thank you. I have always had prompt appointments over many years.

Request for Medical help
Hi thank you for inviting me to give a review. I had to phone the Doctor as my cervical spondylitis has appeared to have gotten worse. I spoke to the receptionist who was very helpful and polite. The Doctor promptly phoned me back the same day, he was brilliant, couldn't wish for a nicer Doctor, he was very understanding and knew exactly what to give me to help manage the pain. However because my spondiouis has got worse I had to request further help so I rang back later on and was prescribed some pain killers, the Doctor was very nice. The pain killers gave me some side effects and it was an experience that I found frightening at the time. But I understand that side effects can happen with any medication, apart from that the Doctors and everyone that I have spoken to at the surgery have always been very helpful and polite. I have found the surgery to be very good
