Had to hold for 22 mins, kept saying I was number 3in the queue which never changed
I had to call 3 separate times & held for 20 mins on each call
I was chasing a certificate for work - when I eventually got through, I was told it was done but wasn’t contacted to advise was done????

Doctors review

I cannot fault all the doctors have done for me of late.
What lets the system down is lack of appointments & the attitude of some of the receptionists, I know they too are at times under pressure but the uncaring attitude I have witnessed whilst waiting for my appointment has given me cause for concern

Shingles vaccine could not have gone better

This was a Saturday appointment. I was booked in without delay and a practice nurse saw me almost immediately. I was greeted in a friendly manner. The nature of the vaccine was explained and administered without delay. As far as I am concerned my appointment could not have gone better.

Appointment with GP

On booking the appointment the earliest available was over the phone which I accepted. On receiving message reminder of appointment I contacted GP surgery to confirm it was over the phone and not face to face. As the app was ambiguous. The surgery confirmed it was an over the phone appointment. Then on the day 20 mins after the appointment I called the surgery to enquire if the GP was running late. I was then told it was a face to face appointment. I did still have a telephone conversation with the GP a bit later. Concerned how the misunderstanding occurred and waste of resources.
