Prescriptions

I recently went away to Devon and forgot to take my tablets with me. I phoned the surgery and told them. They sent an email to the pharmacy in Devon and I was able to collect my prescription the next day. Excellent service, thank you.

Appointment at last

This was an asthma review, that took 6 months to happen, after lack of appointments and one where the nurse just did not ring. On this occasion all went well, I believe. I was on the phone, I have an asthma plan, although never seen it and not on the ap.

Feedback on Call Back

Partly my fault as in car when Dr rang. Should have asked them to call back, it wasn't offered when I advised I was driving. Outcome was I am not bad enough to refer for MRI, to see if any problems in my back! I forgot to mention the stiffness in lower back that restricts me!

Helpful, sympathetic and patient

I saw the lady physiotherapist, she was friendly, listened to my answers to her questions and examined me thoroughly. When asked, she explained my scan results so I could understand and proceeded to examine my ankle thoroughly. She gave me helpful tips and gentle exercises to do while I wait for referral to Romney Physiotherapy.

She also understood how fibromyalgia can exacerbate any pain and have a detrimental effect on injuries. This is the second time in recent months I have had an understanding response at the surgery of how fibromyalgia can affect everything.

I came away feeling calm and happy.
