Church Lane

Went for a follow up to a migraine diary. Lovely lady dr, very understanding, listened to my concerns. Discussed various options. My only problem is you very rarely see the same GP twice, and I personally prefer to see someone who I’ve already seen for a condition rather than going through everything again. Feels like repeating myself! I don’t like talking about myself, not being centre of attention which is what it’s like seeing a different GP every time when you do get in to see a GP!

Ultrasound scan at Orchard House Clinic

I arrived and was politely greeted by a receptionist and asked to take a seat. The clinician undertaking the scan then invited me into the treatment room exactly on time. The scan was done in a professional and courteous manner and the next steps following the scan were explained to me clearly. I appreciated the personal courtesy shown to me by all involved in the visit to the clinic

Hard work and disappointment

For over a year I have been struggling with feeling poorly. Still not getting sufficient care and attention!! Would be nice to have continuity and face to face care and for tests to be carried out when requested by consultants at hospitals rather than ignored. Also can’t believe how some Receptionists are so helpful and others too opinionated and unfriendly, thinking they know better.

Appointment Booking

No appointments available after finding a serious problem. Having to wait now 3/4 days due to the weekend to see a Doctor. Very upsetting and not acceptable!

Urine infection

Urine infection treated well with antibiotics. I have been asked to give another sample in 2 weeks to check it’s all cleared up. The doctor was very helpful.

Missed appointment

Waited weeks for a telephone appointment, didn't have an exact time just advised it would be after 3pm. Called on a blocked number while I was in the toilet. Didn't leave a voicemail message so I didn't know who it was and they never called again... therefore meaning I missed my appointment I had waited weeks for! Poor service
