Pleased to have a face to face appointment

It was much better to have a face to face appointment because on a FaceTime call the doctor wouldn’t have been able to see my skin problem on my face properly and talking face to face was better, doctor was very helpful and prescribed cream for my face. And also checked my ears being blocked and advised on treatment.

Nurse was very good, took my bloods without problems, appointment was right on time, I was in and out of the surgery within 10 minutes. 5 stars for Allaway Avenue.

I went to the Paulsgrove surgery for some advice on how to tackle my D.V.L.A. letter that was sent to me once again ( very similar to the original Letter) to my good self! I asked the Receptionist to explain to me the very next steps for me to take! After receiving the letter from the D.V.L.A. Department! The Receptionist told me to go to Cosham House Surgery and to contact the Receptionist Manager Vicky! Vicky made a note of my dilemma trying to sort out appointments to see the Medical Doctor of Portsdown Practice surgeries! Vicky promised me she would keep an eye on correspondences and make a note of me being there and enquiring about my Status!

Very friendly atmosphere, staff also very friendly and helpful.
I actually live literally 5 minutes from the Paulsgrove Surgery so very easy to attend far more convenient than Cosham or Kingston Crescent, like to be able to attend the Paulsgrove Surgery for all my appointments, I have COPD and the cold weather plays havoc with my breathing so this surgery would be far more convenient for me.
