In receipt of a text message, l attended surgery, to use the booth to check my blood pressure. This disclosed my blood pressure was rather high. Arrangements were made to see a Clinician to check my blood pressure a couple of days later. I attended the surgery at the allocated time and date. Whilst being worried, immediately the Clinician put me at ease. Using a blood pressure reading mechanism. The Clinician established, that my blood pressure was within the permitted limits. Initially this episode was worrying. But by the intervention of this excellent Clinician my concerns were allayed.

Your service is very good. The staff are really wonderful. It's a shame that the cleaning staff let them down, especially in Paulsgrove, where I found bin in the waiting room hasn't been emptied in over a fortnight. This really frustrates your staff who work there to give an excellent service, but the cleaners let them down

My only concen is I had to have alot of appointments at Kingston cresent regarding the wound cleaning and I have asked several time for appointment at paulsgrove or cosham they not had any for at least six weeks I dont drive and have mobility issues it costing me at least £11 on taxi one way each week I attend Kingston cresent appointment if there one thing the surgery need to approve on is more wound appointment more in the north of city cosham or paulsgrove please many thanks
