Was not happy to have travelled all the way up to Paulsgrove from Southsea to have the nurse have the b12 injection ready but unable to give it to me due to appointment being too early but I was not informed about this.

We are sorry to hear that you had a wasted journey. It is common at your B12 appointment to be offered the choice of booking your next appointment at your convenience, or via the surgery. They will then send a scheduled reminder to our reception team to ensure it is booked at the right interval. If you choose to book yourself then you would be advised how many weeks to wait and when the appointment is due. Please do feel free to ask about this at your next appointment. We have had really good patient feedback.

Really encourages you

I enjoy every session and I'm not made to feel guilty if I put a pound back on, it just makes me determined to do better next. Shlomo is such a nice man and really encourages you to do better.

Very impressed

I was very impressed with the refurbishment that has been done to the surgery. Everything looks so much brighter with the new windows and doors also much better with chairs. The added bonus was being seen by a doctor in a very nice environment.

Extremely happy

Friendly receptionist and nice new seating area. I saw the asthma nurse who was very sympathetic regarding my frustration at trying to complete online review.

Anyway, the nurse was fabulous. Very honest and helpful. I’m now trying a combination inhaler. Nurse will be calling me in 3 weeks to find out how I am getting on.
Extremely happy.
