Paulsgrove Surgery

The reception staff and medical staff were as pleasant and efficient as usual. The waiting room re-vamp was clean and tidy but very un-sociable compared to the previous layout. Even visiting the doctor should not be a barrier to interaction between people and it would be more pleasant to be facing each other as per the previous layout of seating, thus giving the opportunity for people to talk to one another if they so wish.

Went above and beyond

How quick they got me through and the lady that dealt with me couldn't have been more helpful. I felt she went above and beyond her duty and I feel she is a real credit to your team, you should be very proud of her as she actually made my experience pleasurable so thank you.

Prompt and efficient.

Necessary for me to have a repeat PSA blood test following request from GP. I find the surgery much more convenient for routine appointment (B12, blood tests) as these are brief. The HCA also updated records by taking BP and weight/BMI calculation. Prompt and efficient.
