All three doctor's and reception gave me great advice, actually shined light down my tunnel, just made me feel I'm worthy, honestly could not of asked for better, they were brilliant.

Caring and compassionate

Have had to visit twice in the space of a week. First time was an emergency appointment and I cannot fault the standard of care I received. The second appointment was for a booked blood test. It was the hottest day of the year and wasn’t such a positive experience. The surgery was extremely hot, with very little ventilation from the windows and no fans. It was very uncomfortable, especially as the surgery still requires the wearing of masks. My appointment was almost 10 mins late which made it slightly more unbearable. On both occasions, the receptionist and medical team were faultless. Very welcoming, caring and compassionate. I definitely prefer this surgery to Cosham.

Dr Mosely arranged a face to face appointment based on my online consultation without me needing to phone the surgery. His appointment ran on time, he was very kind and understanding and took time to discuss my recent health issues. I came away feeling understood and valued.

Nice reception staff and very little waiting. Not easy entrance for disabled people but the dr escorted me out at end of a very thorough consultation.

The nurse that administered my dad's B12 jab was very nice, friendly, efficient. We didn't have to wait long which was good as my dad has dementia and can get very agitated.

Fine for taking bloods but I needed 2 new pens for insulin and was told I have to see diabetic nurse before I can get any. Thought the nurse was for diabetes but obviously just general nurse. Still have no new pens so can't check if any extra insulin been given. Apart from that fine. Suppose I'll have to buy new pens !!!!!!! Just note Type 1 diabetic for 54 yrs NOT T2.

Thank you for your comments. Most blood tests are carried out by our Healthcare Assistants and you would be required to get an appointment with our diabetes nurses with regards to you insulin.
