Hope to be refered to dermatology
After discovering a mole and discolouration on my face I sought a Doctor appointment which turned into quite a fiasco. The Doctor suggested he should take a few photo's to see the extent of the damage but his phone failed to operate so no photo's. So it was decided that I should attend the Cosham Surgery for an attempt to take the photo's. Again it was a failure. So instead of being referred to Dermatology as request I was given a tube of cream, which when information is read fills me with trepidation.

My experience was excellent, the staff all very understanding. I'm very very terrified of needles, nervous, frightened, it did take me three times in the last few weeks each time my veins wasnt haven't it, staff was excellent, on the third week of trying I had success because of staffs calming approach, support I come back to the surgery to try give blood, all staff very friendly.
