The staff and the doctor are kind and patient. Once finally I be there its all goes flowing. The hard part to book an appointment especially online.

Mum is now in hospital; it's been found she had a massive uti, kidney issues, arrhythmia, low blood pressure. The paramedic was outraged that the doctor hadn't done a urine test on the day ( I ... her daughter, was sent home to do the tests) but as mum wasn't eating or drinking hard to do . I know mum pr esented as very confused but I believe it's very common knowledge that UTI's can present as this too or exacerbate the situation. I would however like to thank reception and Dr. Kyd for being very responsive in getting us a same day appointment.

I had a blood test today and I usually find them pretty stressful as my veins are deep and it can take a few attempts to find a vein. The person looking after me was professional, kind and got it in one... no bruising after either. Bliss!

Treated with respect
Being disabled Paulsgrove is the only surgery I can get to by myself. Once there all the staff were pleasant. Nurse Jane Groves was amazing and treated me with the utmost respect. Paulsgrove surgery, in my opinion, has a much nicer atmosphere then the other surgeries I've visited.

I went to the doctor not feeling too good l had Covid bad, all the symptoms I had still meant I had long Covid, they sent me for bloods, ECG plus an X-ray, I am so impressed plus a text today sent medications to the chemist, doctor has sorted me out.

I received a phone call from a nurse for blood test results. The test resulted in a pre-diabetes blood level concern. I was given advice on how to best improve my result it was very thorough & left me feeling very well supported.
