The staff were very polite and respectful. An appointment with the Dietician didn't feel rushed at all. All bases covered and plenty of time given to ask questions and plan ahead. Open door policy invited.
I was involved in every step and consulted on my opinion of certain drugs.

Very poor! Receptionist amazing as usual but the HCA useless. Quite rude and forever messing appointments about even taking me off the system so that my appointment didn’t exist. Very poor again

The nurse I see for my blood test was friendly and made me feel at ease I find trusting people very hard so when I go out I struggle but she made me feel at ease.

It's not the B12 that are the problem it's my pain relief being stored, now I can't go out because of the pain I suffer in my knees, hips, small of my back then wanting my rescue pack and being told by a receptionist you don't do them anymore, she doesn't have my medical history, what right does she have to say that if I could have see a doctor, he would have known I have a good reason to have it but she wouldn't let me speak to a doctor or see one my vote is of no confidence with the surgery.

The nurse I saw was great. Although I didn’t need a weight loss leaflet in my face, I don’t have much confidence as it is. I spent years in a relationship that left me feeling disgusting and spent the last 5 years avoiding another relationship because I hate my body. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the last 5 years and dropped 2 dress sizes. Not the nurses fault at all, she’s doing what has been asked of her. I went in for a blood test because I’ve been really unwell, I didn’t go for advice regarding my weight.

Did an e consult and was initially booked to see Nurse at Kingston. Nurse had to go home sick and was given an appointment with Dr at Paulsgrove which was much closer for me. Dr diagnosed my problem, gave it a name and referred me to consultant for associated issue. Really don’t think I would have had the same outcome from the Nurse at Kingston.
