My Appointment

I’m sorry to say but my last Doctors appointment at Paulsgrove surgery was not a very good one at all. The receptionist was really lovely, but the Doctor made me feel like a leaper he didn’t want to touch me at all which is quite hard when you have to do blood pressure, temperature and pulse. I know we are all not liking the situation with covid and I did have a mask on but I left feeling quite unhappy about the situation.

Thank you for the positive review. We currently operate on the day routine care - it's much less disruptive to patients whilst we still experience high absences due to COVID. Don't forget you can go online and book the evening before at 7am too!

Blood test

The appointment was quick and efficient, the lady was very nice and was aware I don’t like blood tests but she was very quick and talked me through it and it was over really quickly. Can’t fault anyone and it was a good experience- despite the fact it was a blood test haha.
