I needed to get my flu jab and they did it for me
I needed to get my flu jab, we were told we could just walk in and get it done but that was Cosham Surgery but because I was there the doctor did for me which was nice of him.

Staff were polite, efficient
Staff were polite, efficient and friendly. The nurse that treated me was so lovely. She engaged in conversation and didn't make me feel as though I needed to hurry out. She took her time and answered every question to the best of her knowledge. There was a problem getting blood (veins not good) and she took so much care not to hurt me. Much appreciated.

Your telephone and booking systems are not fit for purpose. The attitude of 'use your mobile ' when I complained that your system does not recognise the key pad choices when I use my landline was patronising and down right rude. Also, when I have missed a call from your admin team, I am unable to return the call, as apparently your system does not allow for calls to be directed to other departments.
You wasted my time insisting that I needed to complete an e-consult, when I knew very well, that the conditions I was seeking advice for would need to be physically seen and felt....and then took a further 4 weeks to offer me an appointment
Given that I had completed an e-consult, you'd think that the GP would have then had the correct equipment needed at the appointment...but this was not the case, so I then had to rearrange a a second days work so that I could then attend a the Somerstown clinic, (I live in Paulsgrove, so a good job I drive!), to have the condition properly assessed.
If I could change practices I would, but I've tried and it seems that I have no other options than to stay with a practice that clearly can not meet the needs of its patients!
