This was a routine appointment arranged on my previous visit. On arrival I found the waiting room empty and was able to sit easily for a short while until I was asked to go in. Very smooth, safe feeling due to the lack of other people in the surgery.

I felt very comfortable
I was asked to go into the waiting room, the seats were clearly marked for distancing which was good. The seats were very clean as was the rest of the room. The dr was very safety conscious and I felt very comfortable.

You can book blood tests at any of our sites - though obviously it would depend on your availability as to what site would suit you best. You can also book blood appointments on line to have more time to determine what site and time would best suit your needs.

Hi, I found it a really positive response from the Dr, firstly he was interested in what I had to say, he then gave positive check over and gave me advice that stopped me having to go to A&E, that had happened twice in the same week, with his advice I've had 2 episodes of my heart reaching 149 beats per minute, his advice was it will go down as it did both times over night, exactly the same as it did with 2 visit to A&E the previous week, I'm happy with the outcome, thank you.

It can be a pro and a con to some patients that you can travel to any one of our sites for an appointment that most suits your timeframe. Face to face appointment with Dr Mosely
Consultation:
I was able to address my issues with a studied and sympathetic ear from Dr Mosely. He gave me every opportunity to explain my issues and explored connected areas to what I discussed. I rarely visit GPs and was grateful for the call back and short telephone triage (via. e-consult) to then be offer an immediate appointment to have a face to face consultation at one of the Portsdown Group venues. From being sceptical abo the triage process, I am very pleased to congratulate you on the system you are developing.
